1. Using PDFDocFuse

By creating an account or using any tool on this site, you agree to these terms. PDFDocFuse provides online document conversion, editing, and related tools on an "as is" basis.

2. Your files

You retain full ownership of any files you upload. Files are processed to deliver the requested tool's output and are automatically deleted from our servers after the retention period shown on your plan (24 hours on the Free plan, 30 days on paid plans). We do not sell, share, or use your files for any purpose other than processing your request.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content you don't have the right to process, or use the service to violate any law or infringe anyone's rights.

4. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may sign in with a password, an emailed one-time code, or a supported third-party provider (Google, Facebook) — linking a third-party account shares only your name and email with us, nothing else.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay or Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from your billing page. Refunds are handled case by case — contact support.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the update.
