Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) when you pay with Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) and in US dollars when you pay with Stripe or PayPal. Each payment buys one month or one year of access, as you choose, and does not renew automatically; you are only charged when you choose to pay. Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes — most tools are free with no watermark, up to 10 files a day and 25 MB per file. Paid plans remove those limits and add more, such as OCR, batch processing and cloud sync on Pro.
How does paying work?
Each payment buys one month or one year of access to the plan you choose (yearly costs less than twelve monthly payments). It does not renew by itself, so you are never charged again unless you pay again. If you pay again before your plan ends, the new period is added after your current end date, so no paid days are lost.
What if I reach my daily limit?
You can keep going without upgrading by buying a credit pack on your billing page. One credit covers one extra file (or one extra API call) beyond your plan's daily limit. Packs: 50 credits for ₹199 / $3.99; 250 credits for ₹799 / $15.99; 1,000 credits for ₹2,499 / $49.99. A pack is a one-time purchase that does not renew, and credits do not expire.
What happens when my month or year ends?
Your account goes back to the Free plan. Your account and any files still within the retention period are kept; paid features and higher limits stop until you renew.
How long are my files kept?
Free-plan files are automatically deleted 24 hours after processing. Paid plans keep files for 30 days so you can come back and re-download.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — choose a different plan on your billing page whenever you next pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking — INR), Stripe (cards — USD) and PayPal (USD) — whichever you prefer. We never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the cases described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, including a refund request within 7 days of payment if you have not made substantial use of the paid features.
Do you ship anything?
No. PDFDocFuse is a digital service: your plan switches on automatically after payment and results are delivered as downloads. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
