1. We sell a digital service

PDFDocFuse is an online service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there is no shipping, no courier, no delivery address and no shipping charge. Everything you buy from us is delivered electronically.

2. What you receive and when

  • Paid plan access. When your payment is confirmed by the payment provider, your account is upgraded automatically for the month or year you bought. This normally happens within a few seconds, and in any case within a few minutes. You will see the new plan and its end date on your billing page.
  • Credit packs. When your payment is confirmed, the credits are added to your account balance automatically, normally within a few seconds. Your balance is shown on your billing page.
  • Tool results. When a tool finishes, the processed file is available immediately as a download link in your browser. You can download it straight away; it remains available for the retention period of your plan (24 hours on the Free plan, 30 days on paid plans), after which it is deleted automatically.
  • Developer API. Paid plans that include the API let you create keys on the API keys page as soon as the plan is active.

3. Where it is available

The service is available online worldwide. You need an internet connection and a modern web browser. Payments in Indian Rupees are taken through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) and in US dollars through Stripe or PayPal.

4. If your plan does not activate

If you have paid and your plan has not activated within 30 minutes, first refresh your billing page and check your email for the payment confirmation. If it is still not active, write to us at letstalk@pdfdocfuse.com with the date, amount and payment ID, and we will activate it manually or refund you, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
