How to combine photos and images into one PDF

Use the JPG to PDF tool: upload your JPG or PNG images, check the order, and download one PDF with each image on its own page. Images keep their original resolution.

Open JPG to PDF

Step by step

  1. Open the JPG to PDF tool and add your images. You can pick several at once, and mix JPG and PNG in the same batch.
  2. Check the list. Images are added to the PDF in the order shown, so the first image becomes page 1.
  3. Remove any image you added by mistake. To move one, remove it and add it again so it goes to the end.
  4. Click "Convert to PDF" and download the result.
  5. Open the PDF and flip through it to confirm every page is the right way up and in the right order.

When this is the right tool

  • Sending several receipts or photos of a document as one attachment.
  • Submitting ID or proof photos to a form that only accepts a single PDF.
  • Turning a set of phone-camera shots of a paper document into something that reads like a document.

Keep the file size under control

Because images are embedded at their original resolution, a PDF built from big phone photos can be large, easily tens of megabytes. That is the price of not shrinking your pictures.

If the result is too big to upload or email, run it through the compression guide. Choosing Smart compression first keeps images looking natural; Maximum makes the smallest file but softens photos.

Pages in the wrong orientation

A photo taken in landscape on a phone can come out sideways in the PDF. Fix it with the rotation guide, which lets you turn only the pages that need it.

Frequently asked questions

Which image formats can I use?

JPG (JPEG) and PNG. You can upload both types together in one batch.

Does each image get its own page?

Yes. Every image becomes one page, in the same order as the list you see before converting.

Will the images lose quality in the PDF?

No. They are embedded at their original resolution. The trade-off is a larger file, which you can shrink afterwards if needed.

Can I add more pages to the PDF later?

Yes. Convert your images first, then combine the resulting PDF with other documents using the merge tool.

Can I use screenshots?

Yes, as long as they are saved as PNG or JPG, which is what most phones and computers produce.
