Frequently asked questions
Do I need rent receipts for HRA?
Employers usually ask for rent receipts when you claim house rent allowance. If the rent is above Rs. 1,00,000 a year, the PAN of the landlord is also needed.
Do I need a revenue stamp?
A receipt for a cash payment above Rs. 5,000 may need a stamp on it. Tick the box to leave a small square for one. Receipts for bank or UPI payments usually do not need it.
Can I make receipts for the whole year?
Yes. Choose 12 months and the receipts come out as one PDF, two to a page or one to a page, numbered one after another.
Is my data stored?
No. The receipts are built inside your browser and never sent to our server. If you tick "Remember these details", they stay only on your own device.
