Frequently asked questions
Can I make payslips for several months at once?
Yes. Choose how many months under "Pay period". You get one PDF with one page per month, starting from the month you pick. The amounts are the same for each month.
How is loss of pay worked out?
Tick "Also deduct loss of pay" and the slip subtracts gross earnings divided by the days in that month, times the loss of pay days.
Is the employee data stored?
No. Everything is built inside your browser and never sent to our server. If you tick "Remember the company details", they stay only on your own device.
Why does a letter show as "?"
The payslip uses a standard font that has English letters only. Type names in English letters. The rupee sign is written as "Rs.".
